After leaving the church I never thought I’d say ‘thank god’ again. But today I surprised myself by saying ‘thank you, god’ for your mixture of information with a touch of snark. You’re helping me stay sane.

We need a clear-cut way of distinguishing citizens of the Free United States of America from the Agent Orange followers. I submit that we call those MAGA followers be designated as citizens of the fascist Country of MAGAstan. A clearly defined area of the former United States of America.
Yeah...if Canada wanted to "annex" the West Coast, the East Coast (at least north of D.C.), some northern states (Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois), Hawaii, etc., I don't think I'd resist. Let the rest of them have Magastan. Without our Blue State money, I bet they'd buckle within a year. ;->

An MS (Multiple Sclerosis) drug just got approved for a wider rollout, which means fewer injections and less time in the hospital for people who need it. That’s such a big step forward.
And—get this! Cougars were completely hunted out of Michigan over a hundred years ago, but now there are two cubs confirmed! There have been some adult sightings over the years, but this is the first time they’ve seen babies. It’s such a hopeful sign for the ecosystem.
Also, thanks for always finding a way to keep us in the loop—your divine journalism never misses a beat, even when everything’s heavy. You don’t know how much it means to us. Or maybe you already know that. All that omnipresent shit…
