Yeah, a lot of them fell for the "no taxes and lower prices" BS. Kind of sad they can't see the bigger picture in a national economy, and that the president does not micromanage the economy, but there it is. At least a lot of El Pendejo's former supporters are starting to wake up.
Correction: presidents are not supposed to micromanage the economy. But since 45.2, well, rules, ethics, compassion, morality are quaint former values. Also, many Dems of the old guard are complacent and gaslighting us too. Having said that, I do believe there are some ethical people of integrity in both parties. Neither party is listening to the people, so trying to equate winning elections with honesty is an enigma.

My opinion: if someone want to run for public service, for anything from city dog catcher to President, it doesn't matter what they did before: actor, football coach, whatever, as long as they can take and pass the same civics test that would-be American citizens coming in from other countries have to take and pass.
Frankly, I'm thinking seriously about extending this to all voters, too; they'd get the test when they go to register to vote, and if they can't pass it, they don't get to register.
Gee, I sure hope Rand Paul doesn't start losing respect for him and has anyone checked in with the sea hag, Susan Collins, to see if she thinks Dementia Don has "learned his lesson?"
