We, the Democrats, need to come out and vote in record numbers so there is no way trump can claim he won. You know they're going to cheat. Republicans know cannot win if they don't cheat, and everyone in this traitorous regime is scared they'll be held accountable for their crimes against the people and humanity in general. I really feel the hate and I really don't like it.

My MAGA in laws will support this CHILD RAPIST even after he's 6' under. THEY are ACCOMPLICES to CHILD RAPE.

What I have done, BC, is get close to someone in MAGA family

So I can influence them.

I’ve managed to turn them around.

Yes, what was it about E Jean Carroll that you didn’t understand, or Trump saying he wanted to have sex with his daughter and that he liked to “grab them by the pussy” or ALL the women who accused him? These people are so selective in their awareness

Jennifer Roussel's avatar

They are all basically like the Christian women that I went to school with. When the "grab'em by the pu$$y" came out, all of those "christians" posted "he can grab my pu$$y anytime" and I responded to them that he didn't want their tired old pu$$ies, he wanted their granddaughter's. Crickets. They still aren't saying anything. They are enablers and will most likely always vote republikkkan.

It's hard to believe that anyone would have to figure out that they have been defending "HIM" but I feel that if you VOTED for him 3 times, went to his rallies all the time (especially the ones that got paid to sit behind him at the rallies), and (bottom line) bought his goods and donated to his campaigns and lawsuits, and spread his messages (?) Yes they've been defending him a LOOOOOOONG time!

God,

While I hate to one up you I will. I've warned people about this rapist, evil being for over 40 years! The first time I heard him speak nothing but vile venom spewed out of his mouth. At the time I was a conservative fundamentalist, but I knew evil when it was staring me in the face. Praise You, as my mind opened, the veil fell away from my eyes and I left both the Republicons and the fundamentalist church!

Satan isn't finished expanding the 8th and 9th rings of Hell for frauds and traitors. We're gonna have to wait a little longer.

Let's hope this miraculous MAGA awakening spreads like wildfire. And yes, we have to get out the vote!

So far it seems to be only 1 by 1, but that's okay as long as it keeps going.

The thing that strikes me the most is that the guy made sure to insult his liberal friends while admitting he was wrong. That shows you he really isn't 100% remorseful. He's still drinking the Kool aid and embracing the Republican brand of hate.

OMG, right?! Where do you go from “Libtards?” The dude’s revelation is disingenuous. Weak. Sauce.

Nancy's avatar

The least he could've done was to put "retard friends" in quotes; that would've helped convince folks that was in the past.

Probably too dumb to know what quotes are. X-P

Facebook ala Zuckerberg does not believe in truth. When trump started his first run you could tell Russia and Belarus were heavily invested in what they do best, propaganda. Zuckerberg never checked IP addresses nor questioned the bad spelling and the racist crap that came out. That embolden all the creeps that were under the rocks here in the states. You want to know why trump was so meek around putin it is because he literally propagandized him into office. Put in knew about Epstein and all the going on so besides the election interference putin had on trump he also had the election. Through it all Zuckerberg and Facebook allow that crap to go up but you put truth up you get slapped down. So can we put in a special ring for Zuckerberg?

klotzilla's avatar

God mentions the Epstein files and Iraq War as two times GOP voters admit they were dead wrong. But what have Republicans *ever* been right about? Not civil rights. The GOP opposed Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the Afgordable Care Act, Voting Rights Act, and the Equal Rights Amendment. Republicans backed the filthy Nixon Administration. Reagan backers looked away when Ronnie was selling powerful weapons to Iran and using the cash to arm guerillas in central America.

So, remind me of why anybody with a fucking functional brain would ever support a party of losers like the Republican Party? Because Lincoln? Seriously?

Nancy's avatar

Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Eisenhower (who was probably the last of the good 'un's)... There was a time when we Democrats were considered the dangerous crazies, largely due to the Southern ones. X-P

But yeah, even in the old days, there were somewhat saner Dems (FDR) and mouth-foaming Repubs (the ones who wanted to ASSASSINATE Roosevelt because they didn't like the New Deal), as well as Repubs who didn't do much about their promises (Taft, who seemed pretty much in the wealthies' back pockets, etc.).

It may have to do with wealth level...there are times I wonder about if the Commies actually might've had something there, but then I look back at that economic philosophy and realize it really wasn't implemented properly. But socialism (not the same thing, no matter what folks call their countries) isn't completely terrible; we've had socialist systems with the fire department and post office, and those have worked pretty well, considering. :)

klotzilla's avatar

My point was more about the lack of meaningful change effected by the two parties. And TR and Taft were quickly branded apostates by the GOP fatcats. Ike was apolitical until he decided to run as a Republican, because most of his home state Kansas were Alf Landon Republicans. His presidency was more in line with the New Deal than the Harding-Coolidge-Hoover Republicans.

In the last hundred years, Democrats can claim: Expansion of workers' rights, Social Security, civil rights, voting rights, the as-yet unratified ERA, Obamacare, and an effective national response of the COVID pandemic. The Republican Party? Bupkis. Wars. Recessions. Incompetence. Party over country. Golf.

There's a difference between being SMART and being INTELLIGENT. Likewise, there's the difference between being IGNORANT and being STUPID. Somehow, supporters of the Orange Palpatine have managed to bridge the gap and maintain their ignorance while evincing their stupidity. If they now regret what they have done, more's the pity on all of us. Welcome to reality.

BC's avatar

I've always thought that people who are ignorant can learn if they want to. People who are stupid are not able to open their minds to learn anything. Whatever is in those minds is about it. Learning is wonderful. Some people should try it more.

In roleplaying gamer-speak, there's a few vital statistics for the character someone is playing. There's Strength, Dexterity, Constitution (how physically tough the character is), Intelligence, Wisdom ("common sense"), and Charisma (like it sounds). You roll 3 (or 4, eliminating the worst roll) six-sided dice to determine the stats; therefore, you could go from 3 (all 1's; pathetic) to 18 (all 6's; paragon!), and then adjust further depending on what species your character is (elf, dwarf, etc.). That could get your character minuses as well as pluses (but no stat to 0 or below, at least at character creation)... ;->

It is possible to have an Intelligence of 18 and a Wisdom of 3, and vice versa... X-P

My gaming buddies and I, when we hear of much political nonsense in the Time of Trump, will often yell at the media box (computer, TV, radio): "INT 18, WIS 3!!"

On the other hand, there's lots of: "INT 3, WIS 3!!" as well... ;->

Trump's stats:

STR 3

DEX 3

CON 3 [for physical Constitution, though it could also apply to his knowledge of the document...]

INT 3

WIS 3

CHA 18

That's the only way to explain it. X-P
