The best protests seem to be taking place outside the U.S. or--if here--are by foreign-born folks like Mike. Tesla sales have dropped much more overseas than they have here. To me both of those things suggest that Americans are stupendously stupid compared to the rest of the world. I would also add spectacularly greedy and astoundingly cowardly to that list. Joe Exotic is certainly all of those things. Tesla owners, too. The ones I see driving around have obnoxiously smug expressions. I would be wearing a mask or holding my hand next to my face if I were driving that scrap right now.

I was just listening to Candian Prime Minister Trudeau talking about the trade wars that Mump started and I walked away with a bad feeling. I am SOOO hoping that I am wrong, but I think that Mump may do one or both of two things. I think he may set our military to 'border patrol' at our northern border and close the border both ways - no one in, no one out. When he gets tired of waiting for Canada to kiss the ring, he will order our military to attack. Canada has two problems. The first is Mump, and all that that implies. But Mump has already played with the idea of giving Alaska to Putin, which brings us to the other bad thing. Putin on Canada's doorstep and on ours. Dear God, please tell me that I am simply being paranoid, but Canada has mineral and rare earth deposits that go far beyond Ukraines. Mump wants them and so does Putin. I doubt that a 'reasonable' excuse will not be made for invasion. Will the MAGAs fall for it and go on believing Trumps lies? We undoubtedly will see.
