Actually, narco terrorism is not a thing. People do not sell drugs in order to terrorize folk and take over countries. They do it to get rich. And, as I understand it, drug dealing and local violence occur most often where people are kept in poverty and are desperate. Most kids do not dream of being dealers when they grow up. Perhaps, if societies were actually there for the benefit of the people, I doubt that drug use would be the problem it is today. I exclude substances like pot, mushrooms and other natural entheogens.
