This Iran bombing will likely be an endless “war”. It could spread to an unrestricted global conflict. Of course, there’s no way for an insurrection or regime change to happen in Iran because unlike Venezuela, the Islamic Republic has nearly a million men under arms and hundreds of men who will gladly step in and continue suppressing Iranians if the Ayatollah is dead.
Any attempt to overthrow that regime will require American troops on the ground, and almost surely inflict mass casualties on Americans and Iranians. Yes, an untold number of working class US military kids will be killed in that case, but the president says that’s a cost he’s “willing to take.” You know, that same guy that avoided the draft with “bone spurs” is willing to take a chance on untold number of Americans dying in an unnecessary war. Makes perfect sense. And billions of taxpayer dollars will be spent. But the military industrial complex will benefit, oil companies will benefit & the billionaires will win…so what’s the problem? Right?
For regime change. Because after we drop bombs and kill God only knows who, the people are going to be suddenly motivated to overthrow their leaders. As if the deaths of 30,000 plus protesters weren't motivation enough. Instead, the Iranian military will fasten its death grip on the government and rain would ever held they can on United States bases and on their own people. So this was the plan he had in mind?
