It's easy enough, relatively; it's only 38 pages, and one of them is the Preamble (at least, in the ACLU free pocket-sized edition).
Granted, it was written (and amended) by a bunch of lawyers in legalese, but it's important to try to understand. For example:

Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
It wasn't a Civil War, it was The Slave-Owners' Pout. X-P They got cranky when the Feds weren't returning "their property" to them fast enough.

I read in another stack’s comment section that some governors are deploying their national guard troops to other states to help with legit issues. NM is one of them, although I think they have been working in NM in a flooded area. But there is still repair work to be done in WV, fires to fight in CA. I think it’s a worthy idea.

Our Intelligence provided a report to a Senate Subcommittee that Marco Rubio, Rand Paul and a sitting Democratic Senator received in 2018 before Helsinki. Trump is following the plan the report warned Putin was pulling, that the Trump administration wasn’t defending against enough at that time! For some unknown reason, I was Googling something else and this report popped up on my Computer. The same one I have now and the same one I accidentally downloaded to the old FBI when trying to report a cyber crime against myself. That report was the “Putin’s Asymmetric Assault on Democracy”. It’s in the government archives. It’s huge but the strategy being initially used is there. Now Trump is receiving ongoing instructions. The threats being used are discussed as a strategy.
I don’t know why it popped up on my computer anymore than I know that the one piece of paper the Michigan Atty Mike Cox told me I needed, literally feel out on the floor in front of me - but there it is. Things happen for a reason if you trust the Lord.

There was a book awhile back, one of those fantasy/sci-fi themed anthologies of short stories, called /Alternative Warriors/. A lot revolved around folks who were non-violent, solved things (eventually) through peace, etc., regardless of the personal cost (Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Jesus, etc.), rebranded as violent warriors of one sort or another (I think the cover had Gandhi depicted with an automatic rifle or some such; I could be confusing that with "Gandhi II" from the movie /UHF/...ah, no, my bad; it looks like a rocket launcher [look for the anthology editor Mike Resnick; he's done a few]).
Funny thing was: the conclusion I got from most such stories in the collection was that if such folks had been violent about it, they would've been far less effective. :) Jesus, for example, literally outfitted his disciples with swords and tried to kick out the Romans from Judea; he wound up being ground underfoot like most of Rome's enemies and largely forgotten. :-/

I'm thinking seriously about that myself; I have a, let's call it "potential 3D art" thing that I did on a website, using their programs, that I'm a wee bit leery of sharing and getting them in trouble (or me; I really should read their Terms and Conditions more closely, but it's not something that would get me in trouble with the Secret Service, just possibly the "art" website)...but if I can strip out most of their obvious logos, etc., I might be able to swing it. ;)
Glad to hear that Governor Moore stood up to him. He just keeps making up reasons to put troops in cities when said things do NOT exist. And another thing that wasn't mentioned was Gov Moore also said if he truly wanted to implement martial law, he's gotta have a reason, a legitimate reason. You can't just make shit up and expect you can come into cities in blue state. What Gov Moore said that Chicago would take some funding to get more police hired for the city, but they don't need National Guard!
I think Newsom here in California (and Bass in Los Angeles, etc.) got a wee bit surprised, but after that bit o' nonsense, I can't see ANY blue state governor putting up with this crap.
The Union had a tough enough time when 11 states out of 36 (30% of the country at the time; West Virginia and Nevada were brought in during) wanted to rebel; let's see what happens when 23 out of 50 (46%) get grumpy...and a lot of them are the rich, industrial states that decided it back in the 1860s.
