I believe Comedy Central posts clips on their website; I was able to see highlights of the season's opening episode that way. To see the whole thing, maybe find a friend who subscribes and see if they'll have a South Park pizza party. 😄🍕 They host, you order!
Or get enough pieces together on YouTube? Granted, with the ads it's annoying as hell (but I refuse to subscribe to it), and it's kind of jarring to go rock-hopping from piece to piece, but it could be worth it to get it "all" that way... ;)

I'm so far behind on South Park but obviously I need to catch up!
These new episodes have been top tier. Matt & Trey are not holding back.
Without humor, we have nothing to buffer the stench of corruption (and Trump. He smells like rotten roast beef, so I hear. 🤢)
But I think things are about to shift. Gloria Allred is a badass who will NOT go quietly.

I think you have to have access to Comedy Central, so either regular TV or Paramount+ unfortunately.
