It also keeps track of my steps, calories, sleeping hear rate and so much more. If you are a fall risk, you need a product that will send emergency services to you, not to your registered address.
Most Apple Watches have the feature that knows when you’ve fallen. It works very well. It asks if you’re okay and if you need emergency services. It will also call your emergency contact.

I got it on Amazon. I couldn't afford a new one, so I bought it refurbished. My daughter in law likes it so much that I bought her one, too!
