What confuses me is that Mullet is a member of the Cherokee Nation. But yet he has been fully indoctrinated into white Christofascist ideology. Doesn’t he understand that if the ChristoNazis take control, his kind will be near the top of the list for eradication?

He doesn’t care about where he came from at all. Just like shady Vance, who made a big deal about being Appalachian, yet created the policies that will hurt them.
Also the Mexicans and South Americans who supported trump, then got immediately ass-raped by his policies. I genuinely feel bad for them because nobody deserves to be have their human rights/their bodies/their lives violated like that, no matter who they support.
My husband is Mexican, and growing up, he said that politicians always would make threats and promises that they didn’t follow through on. A lot of his friends thought trump was just bluffing. None of them had heard a thing about project 2025, until I told them, even then they were in disbelief that any of that would actually happen. The Spanish speaking social media was heavily pushing Trump.
I don’t feel sorry for the (mostly white) people who voted for him, and are being financially hurt. They can fuck right off.
But nobody deserves to be imprisoned without due process and deported to a country they’ve never set foot in. Nobody deserves to be separated from their children, when they’ve done nothing wrong besides existing here. We don’t take Americans who commit murder, and send them to third country death camps.
They are tearing families apart for no good reason. I literally start tearing up when I think about those kids who are too young to understand, and so attached to their mom/dad at that age.
Don’t the people making these policies have children of their own? Don’t they consider how their children would have felt if they’d been torn from them? Do they see them the way I see cockroaches, are they not humans, a pest to be eradicated? I don’t understand this kind of cruelty. For what? 😔
Anyone who is not a white, Evangelical Christian Nationalist. Since he is officially part of the Cherokee Nation, they don’t consider him “white.”
(Sorry if that sounds offensive. I was having trouble coming up with the word to describe the fact that he’s not a traditional white person according to the Christofascists who wrote Project 2025.)
When will they learn that what goes around comes around. There is an accountability for our words and actions, whether it takes place at a Senate hearing or before the Pearly Gates.
