She helped with fundraising for Swalwell's 2014 campaign, helped place an intern in his congressional office. FBI briefed Swalwell about Fang in 2015, and he cut off all contact with her. He was not accused of wrongdoing and cleared by House Ethics Committee 2021-23.. Current administration hates Swalwell and wants to mess with him.
