I'm still skeptical. What needs to happen: the victims need to name their RAPISTS in congress. They can scrub the names all they want, but these victims can't scrub the horror from their memories. This is about the VICTIMS, not about protecting CHILD RAPISTS.

I struggle to remember the names of boys I went out with for months, if not years, through the '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s; remembering the name of someone you met for just a few hours decades ago would be almost impossible.
Especially if their real name was not revealed to you. I wonder how many "John Smiths" were introduced to each teenage girl for an hour or two?
And even if they remember the encounter, how many of would those same faces be recognisable 30 years later? Wrinkles, jowls, silver or no hair, plastic surgery?
