Joe Biden, bless him, did what he could to encourage Congress (you know, the folks who actually write the bills and pass them? That the President just signs into laws or doesn't?) to write and pass good, useful bills for the economy recovery (from Trump 1.0) so he could sign them into laws.
It's designed so kids in elementary school can understand it. That might help him get what the hell his JOB is supposed to be, as well as Congress's job, the Supreme Court's, etc.

I like your sentiment and your optimism. However, There are a lot of people who are hurt and angry that all of our predictions have in fact come true. And that we have zero affection and or compassion for those who did not heed our warnings. Because of panic in the insurance industry, my daughter was told that they no longer will pay for her monthly injection for her bipolar illness. Only after 2 months plus in a manic state, and professionals arguing in her favor was she able to get the medicine she needed. It was only after the presidential election that these decisions were made by the insurance company. There's your sign.
I just called Rep Jason Smith (jerk from Missouri) to tell him how disappointing he is and his staffer put me on hold for a minute, no explanation, then came back and said he’ll try to get the info to the rep.
