My 88 yr old mom had her cell phone invaded by a virus that caused the phone to display pornographic pictures of women with extremely large backsides after engaging power button BEFORE any home screen. The stuff became the home screen! So, does an 88 yr old then get dragged into legal system/court or are they going to go after the producer of the virus? Blanket laws like these tend to catch many innocent bystanders than actual offenders & render the purpose moot. (We do not know how the virus got on it since she has it for texting & calling when out of house & being 88 yrs old she generally forgets to take it or use it🤣)

I know that those works of art in other countries wouldn't be subject to law. But there are many art museums here that have similar works of art and there are many, many books that have pictures of fine art that can, will and have been challenged.
