I'm bummed, I don't want to watch the inauguration but my husband has taken the TV hostage. When he goes to walk the dog I plan to change the channel and hide the remote until later today. He's saying "lots of pomp and circumstance" I truly don't care, I don't NEED to watch the circus. It will only make me puke!
I turned on all our streaming capable devices and put them on different channels (Animal Planet, Smithsonian, etc), just to help tank the ratings. Trying to do my little part. 😉

It seems to me that the inauguration of perhaps the most prejudiced, bigoted, and mean-spirited president of our lifetime is taking place on the day set aside to honor Martin Luther King, whose life was dedicated to promoting racial equality and fair and equal treatment for all.
Isn't there something in our Federal laws prohibiting a President from profiting from being in office?! I remember learning something like that in grade school. He'll be hawking his crap on QVC next, it's just ridiculous. And yes, I'll totally cheer his followers freezing their ignorant asses off in the cold. Sadly, it just sounds like he can't accept bribes from the country or any State (and won't get a raise in 4 years), or a government salary for any other position, rather than forbidding him from hawking crap wares at the local marketplace? :-/

Average Russians can't afford Western "Stuff" anymore. Hitler took Germany from depression to an economic powerhouse with his highway building, inexpensive cars and war-based economy. Under Biden, there was no depression. THAT WILL SOON CHANGE UNDER TRUMP! The U.S. will soon look more like France of 1789 or Russia of 1917 than the easy life under Biden. When the bottom is not happy, can't afford their "Stuff" or their food, THEY START EATING THE TOP FIRST! NEVER FORGET HISTORY, IT IS ABOUT TO REPEAT!

Our house is watching puppies and kittens on Meidas Touch on YouTube. It has been a much better investment of our time than Shitler’s coronation.

The happiest moment on my Monday was learning that President Biden had granted clemency to Leonard Peltier! Finally, he gets to go home!!
