My understanding as well. Deplorable lack of public health messaging. The newer vax will be available in the US at least, in a few months. Be safe everyone and try like hell not to get it. I flew recently and was the only person masked during a long flight. Scary.

I also have been lucky not to have contracted covid. I think if I had, not knowing I had cancer, it might have kicked me to the curb permanently. All my clouds have silver linings.

I managed to avoid it until 12/23…and worked in a grocery store! Hope this new round doesn’t get me! Hope god feels better soon!

It's more like if you caught the strain the vaccine was made for, it will be mild. But the virus mutates rapidly. I hope you don't get long Covid.

Definitely not factual. I was fully vaxxed and was down for almost 5 weeks with that shiz last year.
