Totally agree with you on this one! It's pathetic and disgusting at the same time. (and also unlawful) I think they call it election tampering if I'm not mistaken and the people in this country if they find out should just say okay you want it your we NOBODY will VOTE FOR ANYONE and see how he likes that. Machines can't count votes if they don't have them to count right? Actually I like challenging it in court, but don't know just how that might go either!

Will mail in ballots prevent the cheating or do they also go through the machines? In any case I expect lots of push back from red states, maybe most states.

Having now read the report on the Brennan Center for Justice web site, I would urge every citizen to contact their Secretary of State office to plead the case for protecting our voting process. I know that this division of the Colorado State Government, where I reside, will need all the input and support to fight what is unfolding.

Also, what happens if the states - the blue ones, anyway - refuse to hand over their machines and voter rolls and reject the TACO-approved machines? Will those states be invaded or will votes from those states simply be thrown out?
