When my lovely Grandmother was sitting in a nursing home in her late eighties and with a HUGE case of Alzheimer's she looked at the pillar in the nursing home living area. She said and I quote;" you see that pillar, XXX gave me that pillar. He gave it to me as a gift before he left last time he was here last week." XXX being my grandfather's name. Grandpa had been there 5 minutes before, she was pretty good at recognizing him, anyone else it was a crap shoot. But yeah she was out there and back a few years but I don't think she was as far gone as trump.
I think Trump may have started one of the drugs like Ozympic. If so, continuous monitoring every month or so is standard procedure. My hubby and I are in our 80’s. We have no major health problems. We have blood drawn and see the doctor every three months, just to keep us healthy. It is recommended by our insurance carrier.
His lack of sleep (because he takes too much Adderall) is why he sleeps in the daytime and his swollen ankles are circulation related. My father had heart problems and his legs swell up because he refused to take diuretics. That most likely is part of his problem as well. I could see a doctor prescribing them and him saying that he's too busy to take them. And the texting all night long instead of sleeping is truly unhealthy as is his diet!
I don't believe that my father was up texting all night, but he did listen to music late into the night and wouldn't take diuretics that he was supposed to so his legs swelled up and yes if he sat in a chair too long he fell asleep. Also he got into an accident falling asleep at the wheel of his car.

Totally agree with you on this one. I don't have a phone near me when I lay down at night. I had to do that when I was dealing with both of my parents. Both were taken from their home due to some crazy circumstances. As a matter of fact that might have been when I got a cell phone and had it close to me in case something happened! Dad passed in 2014 and mom in 2017 but those days drove me almost as crazy as having a dog with epilepsy who used to get us up in the middle of the night with seizures.
Casey was beautiful but her brain was so troubled! Her seizures most of the time were grand mal. So even if we were asleep she woke us up. She would pace after her seizures before she settled back down. We tried many things but nothing worked for more than two weeks at a time.
Looks like someone may need some new Florsheims to accommodate that ankle overflow.
