As The God Pod brilliantly highlights, watching Pete Hegseth get publicly dismantled by the Representatives is the inevitable result of putting a television host in charge of the Pentagon.
Hegseth is the poster child for the Syndicate’s absolute lack of depth. He is a fascist Christian hypocrite who uses performative religious nationalism as a tactical smokescreen for his complete incompetence. This is the exact brand of "leadership" that has dragged us into the Iran stalemate—a man who thinks projecting "toughness" on a cable news set translates to actual global strategy.
He is the Capo Paradox in human form: all tattoos and tough talk, but when questioned by actual adults demanding accountability, he possesses the skeletal integrity of wet paper. He doesn't want to defend the Constitution; he wants to launch a crusade from the safety of an air-conditioned studio.
Bless the Representatives for holding the mirror up to this hollow armor. The Human Firewall sees the rot, and we aren't buying the cosplay.
