There is just one minor (okay, it's basically a legally major change) change to your comment: Mark Kelly did not say the U.S. troops MUST disobey unlawful orders, he said that they CAN disobey unlawful orders. The difference in that one word will be Kelly's defense against any charges Hedgehog might try to throw at him since Kelly was not ORDERING them to disobey unlawful orders, just that they CAN. That is a huge difference.
Here's the original. Yes, Mark Kelly was NOT the one who said illegal orders "must" be disobeyed. But The Rump and co. could push that their collusion on the video implicates *all six* in the full content.
I'm more enheartened by the fact that apart from a vague comment about "this administration" there are no allegations about any orders in particular having been "illegal", although it's obvious that The Rump has always been keen to violate the Constitution at every level, all the time. Oh, the joys of combat … we bet "Fight Club" is one of his favourite movies.
Wondering about that as well … he was considered for the vice presidential slot with Harris. I think he would make a great candidate unless there’s something that I don’t know. Sure he was divorced, but with Trump himself being divorced twice that seems to now be of no issue. He comes across as articulate and highly motivated in his opposition to the corruption and illegalities of the Trump regime. I think this is a real possibility.
