Costco has a very low turnover of employees--they are obviously doing something right. LOVE the Kash Patel eyes, but why not just paint them on his eyelids? /with permanent ink, of course.
I went yesterday and purchased a Costco membership for the first time. Since I live alone and am elderly, I don't know how many times I'll use it, but I wanted to support Costco in what they are doing. I know my membership won't have a significant impact, but I figure if even one candle can light the darkness, then even one gesture can make a difference - especially if there are a million "one gestures".
Costco will appreciate your business. They appreciate every single one of their members who act like civilized human beings. In fact, they are certain of their own worth, as Costco employees, that they'll usually continue to treat even jerks with dignity and respect until said jerks present a health and safety risk to employees or other members.
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Costco and its employees.
And one little secret? After I'd had a spinal fusion and had strict surgeon-mandated limits on lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk, Costco employees boxed up my purchases, pushed my cart to my car, and loaded them in for me.
I had help at home. I had neighbors who assisted me. And I found ways to thank them. Some were active-duty military personnel who were barely making it financially with access to the commissary. So I bought them Costco memberships and gave them gift cards to shop there, too. Buying in bulk enabled them to stretch their dollars more.
But Costco employees helped me at their end for *weeks*, simply because they're fundamentally decent people.
Costco employees are heros walking around without capes. I put them in the class with librarians and public school teachers.
I feel even better now about purchasing a membership after reading your post. Thank you for sharing. Costco’s kindness had the ripple effect by your “paying it forward” with your kindness and generosity.
P.S.": I hope you are fully recovered from your surgery, or at least on the mend.
Check out some of the pharmacy prices. (Assuming you have prescriptions 😊). I get my mail- order Rxs for a 3 mo supply at less than what my insurance would charge.
We signed up for a membership last January after they stood up and kept DEI. The stores are about 45 minutes away from our home but it was a moral decision. We can only get to one of the stores every couple of months but it's worth it!
This is GREAT news - less crowds at Costco before Christmas! I'm sure that it will still be packed because the "I cancelled my membership multiple times" man will still shop there! Also, I'll be going and I will be buying a hotdog! Maybe even look into Costco stock -
Costco was never really the MAGA hangout... those turdballs go to Sam's, usually.
Funny story, my parental units are MAGA. Before I went extremely low contact, I took them to Costco. They went one time after I took them and said the people there didn't treat them well. Something about not boxing up their groceries for them. They will only go to Sam's now. My female parental unit is a Karen. She's embarrassing to go into public with. She looks like a MAGA and she will fight with retail workers over everything. If the lovely Costco employees were rude to them, I'm sure they earned that attitude. You guys know MAGA though, always the victim with no accountability.
Trump with Patel eyes is my favorite bit of ridiculousness today. 😂
Have spent heaps of time on the "servant" side of things: at the cash register, waiting on tables, pay-and-sell at a betting shop …
There are always "Karen" types who cannot interact with any "servant" without smacking the servant down. They can and will always find some reason to "put you in your place", probably because they have no friends and their family won't have anything to do with them.
'Tis the season to be very discriminatory about with whom you spend your time. People who shine! Yes! And CostCo supporters.
I don't have a relationship with them. They are so far gone it is impossible to. They do and say things that are unforgivable.
My sister maintains a relationship with them and I'm not sure how. My sister is kind, gentle, loving, and empathetic. She's an amazing person and I think they take advantage of her kindness. I, on the other hand, have no tolerance for their BS.
They support Donald even though he is actively hurting my sister and their grandkids. They are racist, homophobic, transphobic, idiotic assholes. It's embarrassing knowing those wastes of genetic material contributed to my existence.
I bought a Costco membership last year that I didn't need because I shop there with my daughter, in order to thank them for their stance against DJT's stupid tariffs. Go Costco!
Given that we can with confidence assume that about 60% or more of the MAGA accounts on X and TS are bots, I feel safe in pointing out that there are no Costcos to boycott in Macedonia and Russia.
I've been a member since 1989 when we joined for our small business. The picture on my Costco card is still the same. Lol. I'm forever young.
I love Costco and always have! They are really good to employees. I see one guy that used to be at the first Costco I went to but when another one was built even closer, he moved there. He's been there for decades. That says a lot.
Not to mention they really truly try to provide quality and low pricing. Their roast chickens, as well as the hot dogs, I heard, have stayed low in price, and haven't changed, because the CEO refused to raise it. He truly wants to provide quality and value for people.
Hey God. Just a thought. Shouldn’t you be pointing out EVERYDAY that tRump never placed his hand on your Bible when he took the oath of office the second (just threw up in my mouth a little bit) time?

WITH A SHARPIE!
Halloween can’t come fast enough.
I just wish the nearest Costco wasn't over 200 miles away.
All we have is Sam's Club. I've never shopped at Walmart (yes, for political reasons) & I sure as hell wouldn't shop at Sam's.
Go Costco Go, nail that bastard!

Thank you. It was nearly fifteen years ago. I have been a VERY longtime Costco member.
Check online as well. Costco can easily replace Amazon for many items.

I renewed my membership a year ago when I boycotted Amazon (Prime, Audible) Mayfair, Home Depo, and Target.
You can also shop online. My Costco is 2.5 miles away, and I routinely order some things online.
Let me see...Costco kept DEI, memberships and stock went up. Target dropped DEI and lost customers and millions in sales.
Anyway, less MAGA in Costco is a win.

And crazy eyes are fun! Thanks, God. You da best!

Sorry to know your parents are MAGA. It must be very difficult to have any relationship with them.

I was just there yesterday and spent $400. Didn't see any MAGA hats! Go Costco!!
Bless Carrie44Smith for adding Ka$h Eyes to sleeping Donold. I seriously needed that LOL first thing this morning!

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂! Btw, I always shop at Costco!

I was originally a Price Club member back in 1984 and became a Costco member when they merged.
We've been members since they opened a warehouse here. All this just gives us that much more reason to be loyal customers.

Of course he eschews the Buy Bull.
The Rump is no way "Christian". He's "Capitalistian" from ears to arsehole.
