God,I’m not sure naming your Substack just “God” works for me, although your enterprise is so much more than just a podcast. Still, I’m not sure how to refer to my relationship to ….this. “I listen to God” is all very well but it makes me sound like a Christian Nationalist rather than an atheist anti-Zionist Jew which I am, and makes it harder to explain to friends that I haven’t lost my mind. “You should join God” sounds even weirder. On the other hand, if this is the worst thing II have to complain about, I’m doing pretty well. Oh, and I miss Mary Magdalene. And (I can’t believe I’m saying this) Santa. Rude, crude, and impossibly lewd.
Maybe it’s just my cranky nature (lately), but I’d watch a show titled, ”SMITE!”
